The Schertz Police Department's Traffic Enforcement program was created with the community in mind. Over the years, the city has received an increasing number of traffic-related complaints from residents that the patrol division cannot address without sacrificing officers' patrol duties. This has led the department to feel that we are not fully meeting the needs of our citizens and that we need to do more.
Our Traffic Enforcement responsibilities include traffic enforcement, traffic planning, and other initiatives designed to reduce the calls to our patrol division, allowing us to serve citizens and the community more effectively.
If you have any concerns or suggestions on how we can make a positive difference in your area, please contact the police department at (210) 619-1200.
