The City of Schertz is a rapidly growing and thriving community with excellent schools situated on the northeast side of San Antonio. We are the second largest city in the San Antonio metroplex, located within Bexar, Comal, and Guadalupe counties. The Schertz Police Department is dedicated to delivering exemplary police services. We subscribe to a policing philosophy of core delivery services that are rich in community-based policing, transparency, and accountability.
