    The library quilt bee meets twice a month, the 2nd Tuesday and 3rd Saturday from 12-3 PM both days. This is a come and go program where each quilter is working on their own projects. This group is great for beginner and advanced quilters. We also have several experienced quilters that attend the Bee, who are always willing to teach those interested in learning! Pre-registration not required!

    Let's get prepared for Fiesta. We will read and learn about the history of San Antonio's annual celebration. We will do a craft, learn the Mexican Hat Dance, play a game, and enjoy snacks. This program is sponsored by The Cherice Cochrane Foundation and Girl Scout Troop 375. Space is limited, registration required. Program for ages 5-9 yrs.

  1. CPR & First Aid Training

    March 21, 2020, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM @ Schertz EMS Training Room, Building 7

    The ASHI CPR/AED course teaches you how to recognize cardiac arrest, activate emergency medical services and respond appropriately until additional assistance arrives. It also covers how to respond to urgent choking situations. This course covers information regarding adults, children and infants. Successful completion of the course will result in a two-year certification. The ASHI Basic First Aid course covers first aid basics and prepares students to deliver first aid in a safe and timely manner for both adults and children. It also shows how to prevent injuries and illnesses. Successful completion of the course will result in a two-year certification.
