Do I receive a membership card?

Yes, a membership card will be provided as soon as your membership is processed. This card is for your records and will not be needed to take advantage of the benefits of this plan. All of your membership information will be entered in our billing software, so if you are transported, we will know immediately that you are a member and your benefits will be credited to your account. You will NOT need to show your membership card for the services to be covered.
