Online payments have been disabled on Schertz.com for City utility bills and Court payments. The vendor who provides this online service is working on some security measures and out of an abundance of caution, we have disabled this function until further notice. In the meantime, residents can make utility or court payments over the phone, by mail, in person, or via the drive-thru/kiosk at City Hall. There is a 24-hour drop box also available outside of City Hall near the drive-thru window. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to have the online payment function restored as soon as possible.

NOTE: You may have seen in the October Issue of Schertz Magazine an article that stated the new Utility Billing Kiosk would be open beginning in October. The Kiosk is not yet available, but the drive-thru window is currently open to take utility payments. Thank you for your patience.
