Happy Independence Day, a time to celebrate with family and friends! No matter how great the party is, it is never the time to violate Schertz’ fireworks ordinance 30.64 which prohibits the sale, use, or possession of fireworks in the City. Although the City of Schertz is not hosting the traditional Jubilee Celebration, we are still celebrating the Home of the Brave. We invite you to celebrate at your home and watch the show from the comfort of your driveway or backyard. Firework shows will be held at Hilltop Park, Schertz Soccer Complex, and Rhine Valley Park, so no matter where you reside, there will be a show near you! Shows are scheduled at 9:15 p.m.
