The Schertz Police Department’s Citizens Police Academy is a free, 8-week program designed to present awareness and information about the role of Law Enforcement and to increase the rapport between citizens and Police Officers.
The Citizen Police Academy consists of classroom instruction and hands-on learning, and is open to those 18 and older. Classes are held once a week on Thursdays from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. Classes will begin on Thursday, February 6 and will run through Thursday, March 26.
