
Guadalupe County is developing its first-ever strategic plan and needs your input! If you are a resident of Guadalupe County, please click here to complete the on-line survey and to read more about the strategic plan project.
Hard copies will be located at City Hall and the Administration Building in the Hal Baldwin Municipal Complex and at the Schertz Public Library.
The deadline to complete the survey is Sunday, June 24.
Additionally Guadalupe County residents are encouraged to attend a town hall meeting to be held on Wednesday, June 27 from 6:30-8:30 PM at the Schertz Civic Center, 1400 Schertz Parkway, Bldg 5. This “Guiding Guadalupe County Town Hall Meeting” will be conducted by Gap Strategies, and community involvement is requested in the development of the county’s strategic plan.
