Qigong pronounced "chee gong" is an ancient Chinese practice inspired by nature. Qigong means "energy skill" or "energy work" and is an extremely diverse practice that helps you develop skills in working with your own energy, expanding your self awareness of your connection to yourself, other people, and the world around you.
Join Jennifer of Jennifer Eash Yoga Studio (https://www.jennifereashyoga.com/) for a 45 minute Qigong practice every Monday during the months of June and July(except the 4th of July) at 10:30 AM. Please use the registration link to register for the class. Pre-registration is not required to attend.
Note: What to wear: Qigong is mostly a standing, moving exercise that uses footwork and requires stability. You can practice barefoot, or if you prefer shoes, wear sneakers to reduce the risk of injury (trip, fall, ankle twist, etc.). Wearing comfortable clothes that you can work out in and having water to drink is highly recommended.
