Schertz Receives Innovation Achievement Award

Laserfische, the acknowledged leader in municipal government document retention and storage solutions presented the City of Schertz with an achievement award for innovative document management.  Schertz Assistant City Manager David J. Harris and IT Director Myles Clauser accepted the award on behalf of the City at a special ceremony in Fort Worth Thursday at the annual Texas Municipal League conference.  More than 100 people attended the ceremony.

According to Harris, the City of Schertz has made great strides in recent year to adopt new technologies that will enhance city services. “It’s about customer service,” said Harris.  “By working with companies like Laserfische we are better prepared to manage our growth and ensure that our residents receive top-notch service.”
