The Schertz Public Library’s Annual Scholastic Book Fair opens on Tuesday, June 4th. Funds raised will help purchase books for the children’s collection. The book fair will be held in the Program Room from Tuesday, June 4th to Friday, June 7th. You can shop online May 29 - June 11.

Join us for our open house registration for the 2019 summer reading experience, ages infants-adults from 2-4 PM, Friday, June 7th in the children’s library. Summer reading club will run from June 10th-July 26th. Registration will remain open throughout the summer.

The kingdom of Atlantis and the surface world are in trouble, and a hero is in need to save them! Join us on Friday, June 7 for a special Movie in the Park Float & Flick featuring Aquaman. Jump into the adventure as Aquaman, a DC Comic book character, must stop his half-brother, the King of the underwater kingdom of Atlantis, from waging war against humanity. The event starts at 7:00 PM and is free to the public. Refreshments will be available for purchase from Reggie’s Dawg House, Backwoods BBQ, and Mrs. Snow. The movie will begin at sundown.
Please keep in mind, due to pool occupancy regulations, there will be a limit of 150 people in the pool at one time. Arrive early to make a splash and snag the best spot!
