Human Resources staff manage all aspects of recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and wellness for the City’s workforce. This includes processing applications and new hires, development and management of the City’s benefits program, salary surveys and compensation plan design, identification and implementation of training programs, and administration of employee wellness initiatives. Human Resources is also responsible for policy development and implementation.
